Portofino Dry Gin 43% 500ml

Launched in 2019, Portofino Gin was created in homage to Klaus Pudel who help save the village of Portofino from destruction during the Second World War. Portofino is a picturesque fishing village in Liguria, clustered around a small harbour with colourfully painted buildings that are represented on the gin bottle. The gin is produced at the nearby Antica Distilleria Quaglia – a historic distillery. Each botanical is individually macerated in the wheat base spirit for 7 days before each being distilled in a copper pot still or rotovap before being blended.
