An indulgent Panettone al Vermouth from Cocchi, made with candied lemon and orange peels that have been soaked in Cocchi Vermouth di Torino and topped with icing made with Piedmont hazelnuts and almonds.
Panettone Ingredients: Wheat flour, sultanas, candied citrus peel (orange cubes, lemon cubes, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup), egg yolk, butter, natural yeast (wheat flour), cane, Vermouth Storico di Torino Cocchi (wine, sugar, alcohol, herbal and spice infusions), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin; invert sugar syrup, chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, glucose; emulsifier: soy lecithin), honey, glucose-fructose syrup, candied ginger (ginger cubes, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), barley malt, salt, flavorings, nutmeg.
Icing Ingredients: sugar, egg white, hazelnut, almonds, kernels, rice flour.
