Hedgerow Elderflower Gin & Soda
Method:Build in a highball glass over lots of ice, stir and garnish with a fresh slice of lemon.
Elderflower & Cucumber Collins
Method:Add all ingredients except the soda to a cocktail shaker, muddle ingredients until thoroughly combined. Double strain into a high ball glass filled with cubed ice. Top with soda and garnish with a ribbon of cucumber.
