Produced by the team behind Diplomatico Rum in Venezuela, the creation of Canaima Gin is a complex process given that each of the 19 botanicals, 10 of which are sourced from the Amazon, is individually treated, macerated, and distilled. Macerating and distilling the botanicals in small batches of 500 liters allows the Master Distillers to create a uniquely crafted gin reflecting Diplomatico’s long, and somewhat unknown, tradition of gin-making.
